Real estate portfolio and property management

• We have aquired 100% of the shares in Deamatris Förvaltning AB. The company owns the property Krejaren at Östermalmstorg in Stockholm. No disposes have been made.
• We have continued to make investments and tenant improvements in our real estate portfolios, mainly in Västberga, Gävle and Lunda.
• Completed projects during the year are the highstorage in Gävle, commercial areas in Märsta and production areas in Västberga.
